Knife Skills and Pizza Lunch

In this class you will learn knife skills and practice on local organic veggies! You'll also learn knife care and maintenance.
Immediately following the knife skills class, we will host a lunch for class participants (included in the class price) - lunch will be fresh from the oven sourdough crust pizza, loaded with the veggies cut during the class.
You can also bring your knifed to be sharpened, for the regular prices offered by Grindstone Sharpening.
This class will be taught by Joe Woods, who learned and worked in some of the finest kitchens in West Virginia, including Oliverio's Ristorante, The Waterfront Place Hotel, & The Greenbrier Resort during his years working as a chef in the restaurant industry. Now Joe owns and operates Grindstone Sharpen and Supply - a mobile business serving the Morgantown area.
